What this training does not cover

Depending on the organisational context, the development of GDPR compliance may present more challenges than the correct application of the BC 5701. Consider, for example, interpersonal and communication skills, project management, change management, legal interpretation of the GDPR, and so on. While these topics are touched upon, they are not covered in depth.

Staying up to date

Once you have attended the training, you will be invited to attend the expert sessions, which are held 1-2 times a year. These sessions discuss the latest developments in the BC 5701 and share insights from implementation processes and certification audits. This will keep you up to date and maintain the value of the training course.

Intended for

This training is designed for privacy professionals who want to apply the BC 5701 within organisations or help organisations to do so. You have experience in providing privacy and/or data protection support to organisations. Legally, the GDPR will not hold many surprises. On the other hand, experience has taught you that demonstrating compliance is much more of an organisational challenge than a legal one. The time is ripe to deepen this viewpoint using the BC 5701.

This training is suitable for

  • Privacy advisors;
  • Privacy Officers;
  • DPOs;
  • BC 5701 certification project managers.
